The control signal lightning arrester is the lightning protection
measure adopted by Zhejiang Thor Electric Co., Ltd. for independent
research and development and production for signal circuit
protection. It is used to protect various types of crimping control
signal equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference. It is
used to protect sensitive control signal lines from damage caused
by lightning overvoltage, induced overvoltage, overcurrent,
electrostatic discharge, etc. Compared with the popular 485
products on the market, this has more powerful shielding
performance.

Product Features
1. With overcurrent, overvoltage, clamp triple protection.

Product working principle
TRSS-485 signal surge protector is connected in series with the
front end of the protected device. When the transmission line is
subjected to induced lightning and other transient overvoltage
surges, the inrush current is discharged to the earth through the
protection branch of the surge protector, and the output is output.
The voltage is clamped to the voltage range allowed by the device,
thus ensuring the safety of the operating equipment.
Use attention
1 signal lightning arrester can be installed in the LPZ0-1 area or
directly connected in series to the front end of the protected
equipment (or system). The closer it is to the protected equipment
(or system), the better.
2. The control signal lightning arrester can be easily fixed on the
35mm electrical rail.
3. “IN” is connected to the lead end, “OUT” is connected to the
protected device (or system), “1” and “3 are one signal channel,
and “2” and “4” are one signal channel. Must be laid separately,
not bundled together to prevent secondary induction.
