Brief introduction
Surge protector is the lightning protection measures taken by
Zhejiang toer Electric Co., Ltd. for the electrical system. It is
an electronic device for providing safety protection for various
electronic equipment, instruments and communication lines.
When the peak current or voltage is suddenly produced in the
electrical circuit or communication line because of the external
interference, the surge protector can guide the shunt in very short
time, thus avoiding the damage of the surge to other equipment in
the circuit.

Notice of product
1. The PE line of the lightning arrester must be reliably connected
with the ground wire of the lightning protection system, and the
connection line is short, thick and straight.
2. lightning arresters are connected in series between protected
equipment
3. identify the input / output interface identifier of the
lightning protector, input the external line and output the
connection device.
4. this product needs no special maintenance. The lightning
arrester should be checked regularly, especially in the
thunderstorm season and the whole thunderstorm period. When the
system fails to suspect the lightning arrester, the lightning
arrester can be dismantled and rechecked. If the system is restored
to normal after the restoration to the state before use, the
lightning arrester has been damaged and must be replaced
immediately.
Working principle of product
Surge protector and its voltage limiting functional element are
composed of metal oxide varistors in parallel. Each varistor
requires an independent disconnector. The principle of the
disconnector is a heat release. The function is disconnected
through the low temperature welding point and is separated from the
metal rod by its own elastic action. After disengagement, the red
indication will appear in the transparent window on the front side
of the surge protector.
